Connect a Spreadsheet to your Google Form

This short article will take you through the steps to connect a Google Sheet to your Google Form. Having a spreadsheet destination set for your form responses is key for tracking submission data.

Whether you're starting with a new, blank Google Form, linking to an existing one you've already built, or working from one of our sample templates you'll need to link it to a Google Sheet.

1. Open your form
2. Click on Responses
3. Click on Link to Sheets
4. The connected spreadsheet will automatically bear the same name as your form, but you can customize the sheet name if you like
5. That's it!
