Getting Started with Payable Pro - How to Pair a Square Terminal

If you want to accept in-person, physical card payments you'll need to link a Square terminal to your account. When paired with a form orders placed through your kiosk can be paid immediately via physical debit and credit cards. With card present payments you are subject to a lower payment processing fee - minimizing your overhead costs, we love that for you!

For new users -
From your Quick Start Dashboard click Connect a Card Reader
On the Payment Terminals page click Add New Square Terminal
In the pop-up window enter a device name - this is helpful if you are managing multiple terminals and want to easily differentiate them



How to Add a Terminal

For existing users
To setup additional terminals in your account navigate to the Payment Terminals page under Connections, in your Payable Pro menu on the left-hand side of your page. Once on the Payment Terminals page click Add New Square Terminal. In the pop-up window enter a device name - this is helpful if you are managing multiple terminals and want to easily differentiate them.

No terminal, no problem! You can still set up a kiosk - instead users will receive an on-screen QR code to scan and complete their transaction on their mobile device. They will also receive their order summary & checkout link via email.
