Getting Started with Payable Pro - How to Link a Google Form


If it's your first time setting up with Payable Pro you'll want to start with step 1 on our Quick Start Dashboard. Just click Step 1: Link to A Google Form, then click the Connect to an Existing Form by URL button and paste in the link to your form. You can also choose to use a basic sample form we've created to get started, and modify this form to suit your usage.

Whether you're connecting an Google Form that you've already built, starting a new one, or working from one of our templates - you must ensure 2 things:

  1. That your form has a linked spreadsheet to receive submission data - Learn how here
  2. That your form is set up to collect emails - this is required if you want your customers to receive an email copy of their order summary and QR code for payment - Learn how here


Existing Payable Pro Users

If you've already completed the setup process for a Payable Pro flow and want to configure more forms, simply navigate to the Google Forms page in your Connections menu.
